1. We Don't Provide refunds on any payments

Late Payment Penalty & Project Handover Policy

2. Upon project completion, the client must make full and final payment within 3 (three) business days from the date of project completion notification.

3. If the client fails to pay within 3 days, a late payment penalty of 10% per day will be charged on the outstanding amount, calculated from the due date until the date of complete payment.

4. Project Handover Condition: The project (including all source files, login credentials, and deliverables) will be handed over to the client only after the full project amount plus any applicable late payment penalty has been paid in full. No partial handover will be made until all dues are cleared.
